Shipping and International

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and introduction of new Brexit rules, our International customers may experience shipment delays depending on the region their parcel is being sent to. We are still currently accepting and processing all orders our International customers are placing.
As well as shipment delays, international customers may be charged import duties and taxes by their local customs authority when their parcel is received into their country.
You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that customers make themselves aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country. Please note that the customer will always be responsible for paying any import charges they may receive.

When importing items outside of the UK this will always incur a customs inspection which we will provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes for you order to pass through customs.

Please feel free to contact our team via email - where we will try our best to provide further shipping updates
